In the investigation, several National Youth militants are seen, including those most prominent and closest to undersecretaries or parliamentarians making the Roman salute - amid choruses praising Hitler and Mussolini, hymns to fascism and apologia for black terrorism - and explicating racist and discriminatory positions.
